These NNSN messaging Terms & Conditions apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent as part of the New Nurse Support Network (NNSN) research study conducted by researchers atTowson University, College of Health Professions, and technicallly administered by Robert Sessions (dba Preston Informatics Co.),
The NNSN messaging program sends non-commercial, research-related text messages to consented participants enrolled in New Nurse Support Network IRB-approved study focused on supporting wellbeing, resilience, and compassion satisfaction among newly graduated nurses.
Messages are used solely for research communication and participant support.
Participants will receive 1–4 messages per month.
Message frequency is limited and predefined by the approved research protocol.
All participants provide documented informed consent prior to enrollment. Consent explicitly includes permission to receive study-related text messages. Participation is voluntary.
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.. Participant may also email nnsn_support@prestoninformatics.com and request to stop or opt out of the text menssaging program.
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-enroll. Opting out of messaging does not terminate your participation in the NNSN research study; however, future communication will occur via other approved channels (e.g., email) as outlined in your New Nurse Support Network research study informed consent.

This text messaging program is intended for any NNSN study participants located in the United States and provided consent to receive text messages.
Information collected through text messaging is handled in accordance with the NNSN Privacy Policy. Personal information and Text Messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as required to reflect changes in study procedures or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
